Good location for access to the ferry, and away from the noise of the bars.

Excellent location. Nightlife on your doorstep but still possible to get a good nights sleep. Rooms were basic.

No staff at nite. Very small safe in the rooms.

The central location, close to beach, shops, everything you could need. The room was spacious and had a small balcony which was good, nice and private rooms. I ended up spending 13 nights here. Love Phi Phi, and would stay here again. Friendly staff!

Sometimes the staff were quite loud early in the mornings. They were all so lovely though.

The room was dirty. Airco Very noisy, the staff Very rude and during my stay they were working for renovations, so I couldnt sleep at all. I do not suggest this hotel neither my worst enemy

Good value for money...room was pleasant with a nice large bathroom. Good wifi. Location is in the middle of all that happens on Koh Phi Phi

We stayed in White 2....sort of like an annex to White 1. This doesn't really have a reception area, is not manned after 8 pm and the entrance area is untidy with staff often lazing around or eating. Better sign posting would help people locate the hotel.

When you book on Bookings.com you are actually booking into The White 2, which is just round the corner from the original and much quieter The White. Staff are lovely, locations is right in the middle of the lively part of the "town". Simple rooms but with everything you need. Good value.

Can sometime be noisy as lots of 17-22 year olds and near the irish pub but on the whole fine. Room keys are just left in a basket on reception which is open 24/7 but only has soemone actually there til 7pm. So anyone could get in your room if you are out. Use the safe deposit box!

This is my 2nd time staying in The White 2. Everything is fine, Room considered clean, Aircond was cooling, water heater working well, so far I was satisfied with the room since the price was worth for it.

As compare with my last visit, The White 2 was getting old and not well maintained. Especially the villa room type, most of the nails on boards were coming out as it can easily cause injuries.

In my whole trip of 11 days from Bangkok-Pattaya-Phuket-PhiPhi-Krabi-Bangkok, this is the worst hotel i came across. I tried to contact them abou my arrival but no body was there at reception to take the call. Even though i complaint them about their service they were laughing at me. They mentioned that they will be providing free transfer to hotel, but when i asked them the owner told me that you have to pay the porter as all the porter has left, and it was 1:30 PM in day time. Same thing happened at the time of checkout as well. Also, none of the staff understand english and they don't bother to understand my any request. Also, i had to carry my own luggage of 30 kgs from my own. They hotel was about 15-20 mins walk from seashore what they claim as nearer to shore. There are 2 White hotel one is The White and other one is The White 2. We were given The White 2 where as it was mentioned as The White in the booking document. Overall i was very frustrated with this hotel.

Staff friendly and funny but don't speak english well. Rooms simple and clean. Odd bathroom with shower directly over toilet. Stay here if you want a cheap room in phiphi.

A bit hard to locate and bathrooms are designed poorly.

I really liked it. It was very quiet during the night althought the bars were really close! The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. At this island it is hard to find a cheap room that is quiet and has air con. You can find quiet places and cheap ones but those that are quiet are more far away from the bars and usually do not have air con.

Room was very clean good location and cheap would definitely stay there again
